Regarding wedding cakes - You may pick up to three standard cake and filling flavors for your
wedding cake and one standard cake and filling flavor for your groom’s cake,
which is included in the price of your cakes, for no additional fee.  
Premium fillings are available for an additional fee of $5.00 per 50 cake servings.
Almost any fruit, extract flavor or flavored liqueur can me made into a filling, just ask.

I do not suggest cream cheese icing for anything other than a dessert cake.
It is very soft and does not stand up to the heat and elaborate designs well.
It must stay refrigerated.
